| The present invention relates to a method for evaluating pregnancy risk of a pregnant individual infected with a virus. The method comprises the following steps: (a) obtaining a plurality of biological samples from the virus-infected pregnant individual; (b) detecting the expression levels of at least one microRNA in the biological samples, wherein the at least one microRNA is selected from the group consisting of hsa -miR-20a -5p, hsa-miR-20b-5p, and hsa -miR-25-3p; and (c) comparing the expression levels of the at least one microRNA in step (b) with the corresponding expression levels of the same microRNA in a control group, wherein when the expression level of the at least one microRNA in the virus-infected pregnant individual is higher than that of the control group, the pregnancy risk is evaluated
for the pregnant individual. |
