The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an optical device, which includes following steps. A material for adjusting a refractive index and/or an absorption coefficient is added into a main material and mixed to form a composite material for the optical device, wherein the refractive index and/or the absorption coefficient of the composite material is/are different from the that of the main material. The composite material is used to form an optical component for the optical device.
