| This invention provides a ultrasonic welding method of heterogeneous materials, which comprises following steps of: placing a piezoelectric film in a positioning groove of a thermoplastic base, and contacting said piezoelectric film with an ultrasonic welding head for ultrasonic welding, wherein said ultrasonic welding head has a flat surface, which used to contact with said piezoelectric film, and said ultrasonic welding head starts to vibrate and perform ultrasonic welding when said flat surface is about to contact said piezoelectric film, a contact time between said flat surface and said piezoelectric film is greater than 0.1 second and below 1 second, so that a surface of said thermoplastic base contacting with said piezoelectric film melts, and making said thermoplastic base and said piezoelectric film to joint after curing for 2 seconds to 5 seconds. Said invention further provides a dynamometer, which comprises a thermoplastic base and a piezoelectric film. Said thermoplastic base includes a positioning groove, and defines a space for said dynamometer to generate deformation after a force. Said piezoelectric film is arranged in said positioning groove and welded on said thermoplastic base. |
