A wireless number-calling notification method combined with a smart device includes the following steps: (A) A wireless number-calling notification system updates a current queue number, and generates customer queue information including a service provider code and the current queue number, and stores the customer queue information based on a call update control signal; (B) A smart device obtains the customer queue information from the wireless number-calling notification system; (C) According to a calling update control signal, the wireless number-calling notification system updates a current calling number, and generates a customer calling packet including the service provider code and the current calling number; and (E) The smart device receives a received customer calling packet and determines whether to generate a call reminder based on the customer queue information and the received customer calling packet.
