本發明係提供一種產生高階諧振頻率的方法，其包含：提供一壓電共振膜；以及輸入具有一特定單一頻率之一驅動訊號，驅動壓電共振膜於一非線性區域振盪產生複數個高階諧振頻率。藉此，得以簡易電性控制方法，產生所需之數量之高階諧振頻率。

A method for generating high order harmonic frequencies, the method includes: providing a piezoelectric resonance film; inputting a driving signal having a pre-determined single frequency tone to drive the piezoelectric resonance film in a nonlinear regime, thereby generation a plurality of high order harmonic frequencies of the piezoelectric resonance film in the nonlinear regime. Therefore, the number of the high order harmonic frequencies can be controlled by a simple way.
