An active contact pressure control wheel structure includes an axle, an axle barrel, an outer tire, two inflation inner tubes, two gas output pipe assemblies and two gas input pipe assemblies. The axle includes an axle body, two axial output passages and two first radial passages. The axial output passage is disposed at the axle body. Each first radial passage is disposed at the axle body and is communicated with each axial output passage. The axle barrel sleeves on an outside of the axle and include a barrel body, two axial input passages, two annular passages and two second radial passages. The axial input passage is disposed at the barrel body, and the annular passages are arranged axially in parallel at the barrel body. The annular passage is located between the axial input passage and the second central bore and corresponds to the first radial hole. A gas flows into or flows out from the inflation inner tube via the axial input passage, the second radial hole, the annular passage, the first radial passage and the axial output passage. Therefore, the outer tire may be adjusted to increase the stability.
