A chip set includes a plurality of organ-on-chips, and each of the organ-on-chips includes a first body, a second body, and a film layer. The first body and the second body are connected to each other, and the organ-on-chips are connected to each other through a plurality of connection ports and connection holes. The first body also has an accommodating hole and a first flow channel, a second flow channel, and a third flow channel. The accommodating hole communicates an upper surface and a lower surface of the first body, and the film layer is disposed between the first body and the second body and covers the accommodating hole. The first flow channel passes through the accommodating hole and has opens on a side of the first body; the second flow channel has opens on a side and the lower surface of the first body; and the third flow channel has opens on the upper surface and lower surface of the first body. The second body has an accommodating trough, the second flow channel communicates the accommodating trough and the side of the first body, and the third flow channel communicates the accommodating trough and the upper surface of the first body.
