An automation sperm soring device includes a stock solution supporting tray, a chip supporting tray, a heat-isolation block, two horizontal rail, two longitudinal rail, a connecting rod, a plurality of dispensers and a controller. The stock solution supporting tray includes a first tray body and a first temperature controller. The first temperature controller is controlled by the controller to provide a first temperature to the first upper surface of the first tray body. The chip supporting tray is arranged on one side of the stock solution supporting tray and includes a second tray body, a sorting group and a second temperature controller. The sorting group is disposed in the chip slot of the second tray body; the second temperature controller is controlled by the controller to provide a second temperature to the second upper surface of the second tray body. The heat insulation block is arranged between the first tray body and the second tray body. The controller controls the connecting rod through the two horizontal rails and the two longitudinal rails, such that the plurality of dispensers installed on the connecting rod may move to different positions.
