The electrocatalyst is a cathode electrocatalyst or an anode elctrocatalyst, wherein the cathode electrocatalyst comprises: a metal carrier; and a cathode electrocatalyst material disposed on the metal carrier; wherein the cathode electrocatalyst material comprises molybdenum, cobalt, nickel and nitrogen elements, and one of aluminum and gallium elements.
