| The present invention provides an antimicrobial peptide, wherein the amino terminal and/or carboxyl terminal of the peptide is linked with at least one artificial bulkyl amino acid to increase the salt resistance and protease resistance of the antimicrobial peptide. The antimicrobial peptide of the invention has a high salt resistance, a high protease resistance, and a low hemolytic activity, simultaneously. |
