An active contact pressure control wheel structure includes an axle, an axle barrel, a rim, an outer tire, at least two inflation inner tubes, at least two gas output pipe assemblies, and at least two gas input pipe assemblies. The axle includes at least two axial output passages and at least two first radial passages. The axle barrel sleeves on an outside of the axle and includes at least two axial input passages, at least two annular passages, and at least two second radial passages. A gas flows into or flows out from each inflation inner tube via each gas input pipe assembly, each axial input passage, each second radial passage, each annular passage, each first radial passage and each axial output passage to allow the at least two inflation inner tubes to have different pressures, thereby adjusting a shape of the outer tire.

An active contact pressure control wheel structure includes an axle, an axle barrel, a rim, an outer tire, at least two inflation inner tubes, at least two gas output pipe assemblies, and at least two gas input pipe assemblies. The axle includes at least two axial output passages and at least two first radial passages.
