Said light sensing unit is disposed on the surface of said first electrode opposite to the substrate for absorbing and sensing infrared light. Said light sensing unit has a ZnO-based layer, a first PbS-based modification layer and a second PbS-based modification layer sequentially formed from the surface of the first electrode, wherein said first PbS-based modification layer contains a plurality of halogen ion-modified lead sulfide nanoparticles, and said second lead sulfide-based modification layer contains thiol-modified lead sulfide. |
