一種重組神經胺酸酶蛋白，其以人類新興流感野生種病毒pH1N1-NA (A/Texas/05 /2009)之胺基酸序列(SEQ ID NO: 1)為基礎。本發明之重組神經胺酸酶蛋白，其具有一細胞膜外部區域(ectodomain)，該外部區域具有至少99％等同SEQ ID NO: 1之一胺基酸序列，並在特定位置149、344、365及366以其他流感病毒之相對應胺基酸取代。本發明之重組神經胺酸酶蛋白具有交叉保護性免疫，並可作為廣效流感疫苗。 A recombinant neuraminidase based on amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) of wild-type pH1N1-NA (A/Texas/05/2009) influenza virus is provided. The recombinant neuraminidase of the present invention has an ectodomain with an amino acid sequence at least 99％ identical to SEQ ID NO: 1 and replaced at specific postions 149, 344, 365 and 366 residue(s) with corresponding amino acids of other influenza viruses. The recombinant neuraminidase may incur cross-protective immunity and be used as universal influenza vaccine.
