A surgical navigation system is provided. The surgical navigation system includes: a head-mounted device, which includes a sensor module, a processing module, and a display module; and a plurality of visual markers, wherein three-dimensional position and orientation of each visual marker is recognized and tracked by the sensor module, and then the processing module calculates spatial conversion relationship between each visual marker to create a local coordinate system, and then the display module generates a virtual image. A method of using the surgical navigation system to assist medical procedure is also provided. |
