一種胺基二茂鐵衍生物，如式(I)所示。在式(I)中，Ar 1 、Ar 2 相同或不同地表示經取代或未經取代的C6~C10芳基。本發明的胺基二茂鐵衍生物能作為OLED中的p-型載子產生層，且能使經串聯後的OLED(串聯式OLED)具有高發光亮度、外部量子效率及電流效率等特性。 Aminoferrocene derivatives are represented by the formula (I). In formula (I), Ar 1 、Ar 2 are the same or different and each represents a substituted or unsubstituted C6~C10aryl group. The aminoferrocene derivatives of this invention can be used as a p-type charge generation layer of OLED. The tandem OLED comprising said aminoferrocene derivatives has high characteristics of luminance、external quantum efficiency and current efficiency.
