The present disclosure provides a microenvironment-simulated cell culture system includes a cell culture chip, a fluid storage device and a fluid driving unit. The cell culture chip includes a mainbody, a cell culture chamber, two fluid delivery ports and a sample loading port. The cell culture chamber is disposed in the mainbody and has a first end portion and a second end portion. The two fluid delivery ports are disposed on the mainbody and are connected to the cell culture chamber, respectively. The sample loading port is disposed on the mainbody and is connected to the cell culture chamber. The fluid storage device is pipe-connected to the cell culture chip. The fluid driving unit is pipe-connected to the fluid storage device and the cell culture chip. Therefore, a molecular gradient can be established in the cell culture chamber, which has the potential for clinical application. |
