本發明提供一種具備抗微生物、抗癌及/或促進傷口癒合之活性的胜肽，包括：一α-螺旋(α-helix)胜肽；以及一短胜肽，係由約4至10個帶正電荷之胺基酸所構成，連接於該α-螺旋胜肽之N端，以形成該具備抗微生物、抗癌及/或促進傷口癒合之活性的胜肽，其中該具備抗微生物、抗癌及/或促進傷口癒合之活性的胜肽的總長為約10至20個胺基酸。 The present invention provides a peptides with antimicrobial, anticancer and/or enhancing wound healing activities, including: an α-helix peptide; and a short peptide consisting of 4-10 positively charged amino acids, connected to a N-terminus of the α-helix peptide to form the peptide with antimicrobial and/or anticancer activities, wherein the total length of the peptide with antimicrobial and/or anticancer activities is about 10-20 amino acids.
