The cooling structure is located in the chamber, wherein the cooling structure includes at least one cooling tube for allowing a cooling liquid passing through the chamber so as to cool the object in the chamber. Hence, it is favorable for evenly heating, enhancing the reacting efficiency and increasing safety by the arrangement of the cooling structure. |
