This invention discloses a multi-virus detection device comprises a control module, and a micro-channel chip. The control module includes an electro-magnet array. The micro-channel chip includes a flow channel plate containing at least two flow channel units, an electromagnetic board, and a least two sets of magnetic bead packages. Each flow channel unit contains several perforations, and several valves. The electromagnetic board contains an electromagnetic induction package, and several through-holes corresponding to the perforations. The through-holes and the perforations cooperate to confine several opened-wells. Each set of magnetic bead package contains several magnetic beads which are modified with aptamer and being in these opened-wells. The electro-magnet array can generate different magnetic fields in order to fix these magnetic bead packages in those opened-wells. Meanwhile, these micro-valves are opened by the electromagnetic induction packages through controlling the magnetic fields, and the sample and these magnetic bead packages are attracted each other to cause the aptamer of these magnetic bead to capture multiple virus to be measured. |
