This utility model is a movement coordination disorder assessment system. The system includes a brainwave collection device and a classifier module. The brainwave collection device collects brainwaves generated by a subject performing a motor imagery test. After forming the corresponding measured brainwave data, the classifier module is used as the first training data based on the typical developing brainwave data corresponding to the typical developing person and as the second training data based on the coordination disorder brainwave data corresponding to the person with movement coordination disorder. Model training is used to generate a classification model. The classification model can be used to classify the measured brainwave data. The classification results can be judged whether the subject has movement coordination disorder, so as to achieve the application of motor imagination to judge movement coordination.
