The peptide with antimicrobial, anticancer and/or wound-healing promoting activities, includes: an α-helix peptide; and a short peptide consisting of about 4-10 positively charged amino acids, connected to an N-terminus of the α-helix peptide to form the peptide with antimicrobial, anticancer and/or wound-healing promoting activities, wherein the total length of the peptide with antimicrobial, anticancer and/or wound-healing promoting activities is about 10-20 amino acids.
