A surface reforming device includes a frame body, a first shaping assembly, a second shaping assembly and a driving mechanism. The frame body includes two side plates and a supporting shaft. The two side plates form an operating space. The supporting shaft is connected between the two side plates. The first shaping assembly includes a first plate body, a first through hole, a first rod and a first rod locking mechanism. The first through hole is disposed on the first plate body. The first rod is movably inserted through the first through hole. The second shaping assembly includes a second plate body, a second through hole, a second rod and a second rod locking mechanism. The second through hole is disposed on the second plate body. The second rod is movably inserted through the second through hole. The driving mechanism is for driving the first shaping assembly and the second shaping assembly moving towards each other. Hence, efficiency of surface reshaping can be improved.
