本發明有關一廣效價之蛇毒血清及製備方法,該蛇毒血清包含各區域毒蛇之蛇毒蛋白抗體,該蛇毒血清製備方法之步驟包含:a.利用蛋白質體分析方法分析鑑定至少兩區域之同毒性類型毒蛇的蛇毒蛋白成分及其比例;b.收集步驟a之各該蛇毒中的毒性蛇毒蛋白;c.混和步驟b之蛇毒蛋白;d.以步驟c之混和的蛇毒蛋白製備包含抗步驟c之混和的蛇毒蛋白抗體之一第一血液樣品;及e.將該第一血液樣品與一由a.之毒蛇的粗蛇毒產製的一第二血液樣品依比例混和以獲得一第三血液樣品;及f.將該第三血液樣本製成抗蛇毒血清成品;其中該血液樣品可以是血清或血漿。 The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of venomic determinants for antivenom production, comprising: a. using proteomic analysis to analyze and identify the ratio and the compositions of different venomic determinants in venoms obtained from the same poison type snakes from at least two regions; b. collecting the venomic determinants from step a; c. mixing the venomic determinants from step b; d. administering the venomic determinants from step c to a subject in order to induce the immune response to produce the specific antibodies against the venomic determinants from step c in a first blood sample; e. mixing the first blood sample with a second blood sample prepared from crude venom to obtain a third blood sample in a ratio to achieve the acceptability criterion; and f. making the antivenom serum using the third blood sample; wherein the blood sample can be plasma or serum. |
