The invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition including a metal complex and an outer layer. The metal complex is formed by coordinate bonding of an organic to metal ions, wherein the organic is an aromatic compound and includes at least two oxygen atoms. The outer layer includes a β-glucan, and the β-glucan is dispersed outside the metal complex and is coordinately bonded to the metal complex to form the outer layer. Therefore, the oral pharmaceutical composition can be kept stable in the extreme intestinal environment, and can be absorbed into the body through the lymphatic system, and can be phagocytosed by immune cells and carried to the lesion. |
