本發明提供一種自含銅金屬分離有價金屬元素的方法，其包括以下步驟：(a)將一陽極及一作為一陰極的含銅金屬浸入一電解液中，該電解液的pH值為酸性或鹼性；及(b)提供一預定電壓至該陽極與該陰極，以於該陰極與該電解液產生一電解反應的過程中於該陰極周圍形成一氣態膜，且該預定電壓足以擊穿該陰極周圍的氣態膜從而於該電解液中產生一電漿來析出固態的一銅金屬或一氧化銅，及溶於該電解液中且呈離子態的雜質元素。當該電解液的pH值為酸性時，該步驟(b)是析出該呈固態的銅金屬；當該電解液的pH值為鹼性時，該步驟(b)是析出該呈固態的氧化銅。

This invention provides a method for separating valuable elements from metal containing copper, which comprises the following steps of (a) immersing an anode and a metal containing copper as a cathode into an electrolyte with acidic or alkaline; and (b) providing a predetermine voltage to the anode and the cathode so as to form a gaseous film surrounding the cathode during the cathode react with the electrolyte, and the predetermine voltage is sufficiently breaking through the gaseous film surrounding the cathode and thus generating a plasma in the electrolyte to precipitate a solid state of metallic copper or a solid state of copper oxide and impurity ions dissolving in the electrolyte. When the electrolyte is acidic, the step of (b) precipitates the solid state of metallic copper, and when the electrolyte is alkaline, the step of (b) precipitates the solid state of copper oxide.
