Disclosed is an iridium complex represented by below formula:(I)wherein R1 and R5 independently represent substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted C6-C12 aryl; R2 and R4 independently represent hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted C6-C12 aryl; R3 and R6 independently represent hydrogen, fluorine, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C12 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkoxyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C12 aryl or CxF2x＋1 (x is an integer of 1 to 3); b is 0 or 1; when b is 1, B is -O-、-CH2- or -CR2- (R is methyl, ethyl or propyl); C is -CH2- or -CR2- (R is methyl, ethyl or propyl); A1 represents a five-membered or six-membered unsaturated ring, A2 represents a C6-C20 aromatic ring; and X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 independently represent carbon and nitrogen.
