本發明提供一種醋酸乙烯酯與苯乙烯的共聚方法，包含下述步驟。進行一第一混合步驟，其係混合第一單體、可逆加成-斷裂鏈轉移劑以及自由基引發劑以形成第一混合物。進行一第一加熱步驟，其係加熱第一混合物以形成聚合物。進行一第二混合步驟，其係於聚合物中加入第二單體、可逆加成-斷裂鏈轉移劑以及自由基引發劑以形成第二混合物。進行一第二加熱步驟，其係加熱第二混合物以形成共聚物，其中，第一單體與第二單體不相同且各自獨立為醋酸乙烯酯或苯乙烯。藉此，本發明可直接將醋酸乙烯酯與苯乙烯形成共聚物。

The present disclosure provides a copolymerization method of vinyl acetate and styrene, which includes the following steps. A first mixing step is performed, wherein a first monomer, a reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent and a radical initiator are mixed to form a first mixture. A first heating step is performed, wherein the first mixture is heated to form a polymer. A second mixing step is performed, wherein a second monomer, the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent and the radical initiator are added in the polymer to form a second mixture. A second heating step is performed, wherein the second mixture is heated to form a copolymer. The first monomer and the second monomer are different and are each independently vinyl acetate or styrene. Accordingly, the present disclosure can directly form a copolymer of vinyl acetate and styrene.
