The present disclosure provides a triboelectric nanosensor including an elastic body, a liquid metal and a wire. The elastic body includes an inner wall and a plurality of biomimetic shark placoid scale-shaped microstructures. The inner wall surrounds a chamber, and the biomimetic shark placoid scale-shaped microstructures are adjacent to each other and are disposed on at least one portion of the inner wall. The liquid metal is received in the chamber and surrounded by the elastic body. The wire is electrically connected to the liquid metal. The elastic body is pressed to be deformed and restores to change a contact status between the liquid metal and the biomimetic shark placoid scale-shaped microstructures, thereby allowing electrons to flow into the liquid metal via the wire or to flow out from the liquid metal via the wire. Therefore, the configuration of the biomimetic shark placoid scale-shaped microstructures can effectively reduce the sticking of the liquid metal, and the output stability of the triboelectric nanosensor can be increased. |
